Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Averixl, powered by Accsoft Solutions (Sri Lanka Business Registration No. W/203708), manages returns, cancellations, and refunds for its solutions, services, training, and career advancement programs.

By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Policy

  • Since Averixl primarily provides digital services, online training, consulting, and remote career advancement programs, we do not accept physical returns.
  • All services, solutions, and programs are considered delivered digitally or virtually.
  • Once a service has been accessed, initiated, or delivered, it is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments made for the same service.
  • Technical errors during payment processing resulting in an incorrect charge.
  • Cancellation of a paid service or training before the agreed start date, subject to approval.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Unpaid internship opportunities (since these are voluntary and free of charge).
  • Completed training programs, certifications, or consultancy services already delivered.
  • Change of mind or voluntary withdrawal from an ongoing program.

3. Service-Specific Rules

  • Solutions & Services (Web, Software, Marketing, HR, Operations, Supply Chain):
    Once the service scope has been confirmed and work initiated, refunds will not be issued.
  • Training & Certifications:
    Fees paid for training programs or certifications are non-refundable once the program has commenced.
  • Career Advancement Programs & Internships:
    Internships offered by Averixl are unpaid. Any fees related to career support or certification are non-refundable once participation has started.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to inquiry@averixl.com within 7 business days of the transaction.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the same payment method used.
  • Transaction fees or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel a paid service before it begins, you must notify us at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled start date.
  • Cancellations made after services have started are not eligible for refunds.

6. Disputes

  • Any disputes regarding payments, services, or refunds must be reported directly to Averixl via official communication channels.
  • We will review and attempt to resolve disputes fairly, but Averixl reserves the right to make the final decision on refund eligibility.

7. Policy Updates

  • Averixl reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time.
  • Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
  • Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.
